about.

Kristine Miklos, MS, RD, LDN

Kristine earned a Bachelor of Science from Bentley University and then went on to complete a Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) and Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion at Simmons College. She continued to build a conventional science foundation working as an Outpatient Dietitian at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, while simultaneously devoting a considerable amount of time to alternative health practices and functional nutrition coursework. Kristine has completed advanced training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition and is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

As a firm believer of food as medicine, Kristine places focus on making whole foods more approachable for her patients regardless of cooking ability or cultural preferences. Growing up in a food centric environment, she inherited a love for cooking, experimenting, and of course eating. At a young age, she began adapting recipes to make them more wholesome and nutritionally dense, while still leaving room for the occasional porchetta or pierogi.
